DESIGN HOTELS™ LAUNCHES A NEW STAND CONCEPT, A NEW STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AND NEW CLIPS AT ITB!

With a 112 square meter space designed by MaginWulf, a Berlin-based design studio, Design Hotels™ has captured the attention of ITB visitors stopping by to see the high-tech, yellow-and black-clad stand.

If the 6 metre LED display didn’t attract them, the white Z4 BMW Roadster surely did: the car symbolises the new strategic partnership between Design Hotels™, BMW and SIXT.

With BMW’s ConnectedDrive navigational tool, guests can rent their BMW from SIXT and start cruising down one of eleven curated roadtrips by members of Design Hotels™ in Germany and Austria.

Finally, the feature of ten new Design Hotels™ Clips on Apple screens attracted not only Original Loh Lik Peng, but also interested ITB visitors.

All in all more than 1.700 stand visitors and 18 member hotels enjoyed themselves in the Design Hotels™ lounge or at the bar, which offered coffee, softs and sweat delicacies sponsored by Lavazza, Apollinaris and Lapp & Fao.

One of these was Ulrike Fohr, General Manager of The George Hotel in Hamburg, who commented: „I found the new open exhibition concept very appealing; the space appeared much larger and more inviting. My clients noted the new seating options positively, which helped to support more relaxing contractual discussions and conversations."
